在第99次美国太空行走期间，NASA宇航员Jessica Meir和欧洲空间局（European Space Agency，ESA）宇航员Sophie Adenot将更换空间站Harmony舱前侧端口上的一个回射器，以支持航天器在交会对接操作期间的导航。安装完反射器后，机组人员将安装数据中继系统的跳线，为阿尔法磁谱仪（Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer）的散热器进行未来维护做准备，并更换空间站桁架上的一个高清摄像头。
